Publication of judgment

Where an action has been brought on the basis of this Act, the prevailing party may be granted, in the judgment, the power to publish the judgment at the cost of the losing party, where a legitimate interest is shown. The manner and extent of the publication are determined in the judgment. The power lapses where it is not exercised within three months after the judgment becomes final. The order under the first sentence is not provisionally enforceable.
