Transfer, inheritance, licensing

(1) The right to the utility model, the claim to its registration, and the right established by the registration pass to the heirs. They may be transferred to others, with or without limitation.
(2) The rights under paragraph 1 may, in whole or in part, be the subject of exclusive or non-exclusive licences for the territorial scope of this Act or a part thereof. Insofar as a licensee contravenes a limitation of the licence under the first sentence, the right established by the registration may be asserted against the licensee.
(3) A transfer of the right or the grant of a licence does not affect licences previously granted to third parties.
