Duties of the Account Servicing Payment Service Provider in relation to Account Information Services

(1) The account servicing payment service provider is required to
1. communicate with the account information service provider in a secure manner, and
2. treat requests for the transmission of data received from an account information service provider without discrimination, unless there are objective reasons for different treatment.
(2) The provision of account information services does not depend on the account information service provider and the account servicing payment service provider having entered into a contract for that purpose.
