Cooperation with Other Authorities

BaFin and the Deutsche Bundesbank cooperate, in the supervision of institutions, payment service providers and e-money issuers that provide payment services or carry on the e-money business in another Member State or state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, with the competent authorities of the other state and the competent European authorities; this includes sections 60 and 61. Sections 7a to 8a of the Banking Act apply correspondingly.
