BaFin's right of publication

BaFin may publish its orders under section 4(1), third sentence, section 10(2), third sentence, section 15(1) and (2), section 20(1), section 28, section 36 or section 37(1), also in conjunction with a statutory instrument under subsection (2), on its website.
