Allotment in the case of a partial offer

Where, in the case of an offer directed at the acquisition of only a certain proportion or a certain number of the securities, the proportion or number of securities that the offeror may acquire is higher than the proportion or number of securities that the offeror has committed to acquire, the declarations of acceptance must generally be taken into account proportionately.
