Conditions; inadmissibility of a reservation of withdrawal or revocation

(1) An offer may not, subject to section 25, be made conditional on conditions whose occurrence can be brought about exclusively by the offeror, persons acting in concert with it, their subsidiaries, or advisers acting for those persons or undertakings in connection with the offer.
(2) An offer made subject to a reservation of revocation or withdrawal is inadmissible.
