Application of the provisions of Divisions 3 and 4

For offers under section 35(2), first sentence, the provisions of Divisions 3 and 4 apply mutatis mutandis, with the exception of section 10(1), first sentence, section 14(1), first sentence, section 16(2), section 18(1), sections 19, 25, 26 and 34.
