Documents and applications under Regulation (EU) 2022/858

(1) Documents to be submitted to the Bundesanstalt under Regulation (EU) 2022/858 must be submitted in German. On request of the Bundesanstalt they must additionally be submitted in English. The Bundesanstalt may permit the documents, or parts of them, to be prepared and submitted exclusively in English. Where the Bundesanstalt requires submission in both languages, only the German-language version is legally authoritative.
(2) Applications under Regulation (EU) 2022/858 must be transmitted to the Bundesanstalt electronically. The data format and transmission route are to be determined by the Bundesanstalt.
