Immediate enforceability

An objection and an action for rescission against measures of the Bundesanstalt, including the threat and imposition of coercive means, taken on the basis of section 5(2) to (7) and (9), section 5a, section 7(1), second sentence and (3), section 10(2), (4) and (6), section 18(2), nos. 2, 3 and (3), section 19(2), section 20(6), sections 22, 23, 25 and 26(1) and (2), section 27(3), section 33(3), second sentence, (4) and (5), second sentence, section 39(3), section 40(3), section 43(3), second sentence, section 48(2) to (5), sections 49, 51, 54, 56(2), sections 60 and 62(2), sections 63 and 70(4), section 77(1), second, fourth and fifth sentences, section 79(1) and (2), section 80(1) and (2), and section 81(2), have no suspensive effect.
