Statutory supervisory framework for large securities institutions

Section 1(3c), first sentence, (2), nos. 2 and 3, sections 2a, 2d, 2e, 3, 6a to 10e, 10g to 18, 19 to 22, 24b to 25d, 25f, 25g, 25l, 25m, 26 to 31, 36 to 38, 44 to 48t, 49, 54a, 55, 55a, 55b, 56(2), no. 3, letters b) to d) and f) to n), (4), (4a), (5) to (8) and section 60b of the Banking Act, including the statutory instruments issued under those provisions, also apply to large securities institutions. Sections 12, 20 to 23, 38 to 54, 55, nos. 1 and 2 and sections 56 to 63 as well as 76 to 78 of this Act do not apply to large securities institutions.
