(1) Insofar as possible, trust service providers must make the trust services they offer accessible to, and usable by, persons with disabilities. Insofar as they offer end-user products from third-party providers that are necessary for using the trust services, they must, insofar as possible, also offer at least one commonly available end-user product for persons with disabilities. In assessing the feasibility of measures under sentences 1 and 2, technical and economic considerations must also be taken into account.
(2) Trust service providers must inform on their website about the measures they have taken concerning the accessibility of the trust services and of the end-user products used to provide such services. They must also provide, on their website, guidance to facilitate the use, by persons with disabilities, of the trust services they offer and of the end-user products used for that purpose. This information and guidance, as well as the information addressed to all consumers, must be accessible and usable in accordance with the statutory ordinance under section 20.
(3) Barriers may be reported to the supervisory body by anyone.
