Liability

A trust service provider is liable, as for its own conduct, for third parties it has engaged to perform tasks under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, this Act, and the statutory ordinance under section 20. The provision on the non-application of the duty to compensate under section 831(1) sentence 2 of the Civil Code does not apply.
