(1) For the purpose of examining compliance with their obligations, the trust service provider and any third parties acting on its behalf must 1. permit staff and representatives of the supervisory body to enter business and operating premises during normal business hours, 2. produce for inspection, at the supervisory body's request, the relevant books, records, receipts, documents and other materials, including where these are kept in electronic form, 3. provide information to the supervisory body, and 4. give the supervisory body the necessary support.
(2) A natural person obliged to provide information may refuse to answer questions the answering of which would expose that person, or one of the relatives listed in section 52(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to the risk of prosecution for a criminal offence or of proceedings under the Act on Regulatory Offences. The person must be advised of this right. The provisions on making credible the ground for refusal under section 56 of the Code of Criminal Procedure apply accordingly. Sentences 1 and 2 apply accordingly to the production of documents.
