Submission of files and duty to provide information in administrative-court proceedings

For the submission of documents or files, the transmission of electronic documents, or the provision of information by BaFin in administrative-court proceedings, section 99 of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure applies, with the proviso that BaFin takes the place of the supreme supervisory authority.
