Deferral; remission

(1) BaFin may order that levy-liable persons' applications for deferral or remission of fees, levy or other claims must be made using an electronic communication procedure provided by BaFin and in a form specified by BaFin.
(2) BaFin may, with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Court of Auditors, regulate, in addition to the General Administrative Provisions on section 59(1), first sentence, nos. 1 and 3 of the Federal Budget Code, up to what amount deferral and remission applications from levy-liable persons under BaFin's supervision are disregarded on account of their low amount.
