Transitional provisions on the Act to Strengthen German Financial Supervision

(1) Section 4c does not apply in administrative-court proceedings that became pending before 1 January 2013, or for which the limitation period for bringing an action began before that date, nor in proceedings on appeals against court decisions notified or pronounced, or served ex officio in place of pronouncement, before 1 January 2013.
(2) The term of office of the members of the Administrative Council under section 7(3), first sentence, no. 2, letters (e) to (g), in the version in force until 28 February 2013, and of their deputies, ends on 1 March 2013.
(3) Section 10a(1) applies for the first time to the ongoing service remuneration paid for a payment period ending after 31 December 2012.
