Disagreements in ongoing supervision

Disagreements of substantial significance between BaFin and the Deutsche Bundesbank in the context of ongoing supervision under the Banking Act and the Payment Services Supervision Act are to be resolved by mutual agreement. Where agreement cannot be reached, the Ministry decides in consultation with the Deutsche Bundesbank.
