(1) Civil servants employed at BaFin receive a non-pensionable post allowance amounting to 80 per cent of the allowance under preliminary remark no. 7 of Annex I (Federal Remuneration Orders A and B) to the Federal Remuneration Act.
(2) BaFin may, with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of the Interior, grant a corresponding allowance to its collectively employed staff on an extra-collective basis.
