Transitional provision on the First Act to Amend Financial Markets Legislation

A credit institution that, on the day the Federal Government announces in the Federal Law Gazette under Article 17(3), second sentence of the Act of 30 June 2016 (Federal Law Gazette I, p. 1514), holds recognition as a central securities depository from the body of the Land in whose territory the credit institution has its seat that is competent under Land law, continues, until the decision on the application for authorisation as a central securities depository under Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 becomes final, to be deemed a central securities depository within the meaning of this Act.
