Individual safe custody

The custodian is obliged to keep the securities of each depositor, under an externally recognisable designation, separately from its own holdings and from those of third parties, where the securities are not admitted to collective safe custody by a central securities depository, or where the depositor requires separate safekeeping. Any rights and duties of the custodian to make dispositions or take administrative actions for the depositor remain unaffected by this.
