Application to trustees, issue of further provisions

The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection may, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, prescribe, by statutory instrument not requiring the consent of the Bundesrat, the application of provisions of this Act to cases in which merchants, as trustees for third parties, possess or acquire securities, or exercise or acquire participations or creditors' rights, or are entered in public debt registers or other registers.
