Processing of data from administrative implementation

(1) Insofar as federal administrative bodies collect data, or data otherwise accrue to them, under non-statistical legal or administrative provisions, the statistical processing of that data may be transferred, in whole or in part, to the Federal Statistical Office. Section 13a sentence 1 applies accordingly. With the consent of the commissioning body, the Federal Statistical Office is entitled to present and publish statistical results from the processed data for general purposes.
(2) Special rules in a statutory provision ordering a federal statistic remain unaffected.
