(1) It is a regulatory offence for a person, intentionally or negligently, to fail to provide information, or to provide it incorrectly, incompletely or not in time, contrary to section 15(1) sentence 2, (2) and (5) sentence 1.
(2) It is a regulatory offence for a person to 1. fail to give an answer in the prescribed form, contrary to section 15(3), or 2. fail to use a procedure referred to there, contrary to section 11a(2) sentence 1.
(2a) It is a regulatory offence for a person to fail to provide information, or to provide it incorrectly, incompletely, not in time, or not in the specified form, contrary to section 6(1) sentence 2.
(3) Unless otherwise provided by statute, the regulatory offence may be punished with a fine of up to five thousand euro.
