Voting right of those entitled as result of intra-group third-party guarantees

If the plan provides for interference with rights resulting from intra-group third-party guarantees, the voting right corresponds to the contribution to satisfaction which is to presumably to be expected on account of asserting those rights resulting from intra-group third-party guarantees.
