As long as an object with regard to which the insolvency administrator is entitled to realisation under section 166 is not realised by that insolvency administrator, the creditor is to be paid the current interest due from the insolvency estate beginning from the report meeting. If the insolvency court issued an order under section 21 prohibiting the creditor from realising the object before the insolvency proceedings were opened, the interest due is to be paid at the latest from the date three months after such order by the court. Sentences 1 and 2 do not apply to the extent to which, in view of the amount of the creditor’s claim, the value and any other right encumbering the object will probably not be sufficient to satisfy the creditor by means of the proceeds of the realisation.
