Distribution record

Prior to distribution the insolvency administrator is to draw up a record of the claims to be considered in respect of distribution. The record is to be deposited with the registry of the insolvency court for the parties’ inspection. The administrator informs the court of the total amount of the claims and the amount available for distribution from the insolvency estate; the court is required to publish the total amount of the claims and the amount available for distribution from the insolvency estate.
