Information on Real Property

In respect of associations under section 20(1) that are entered as beneficiaries of real property in Part I of the land register, the following information on that real property shall be accessible in the Transparency Register in accordance with section 23:
1. the competent local court,
2. the land registry district,
3. the number of the land register folio,
4. all plots of land listed in the register of the land register folio, each with
a) parcel district,
b) survey district and
c) parcel number,
5. the nature and extent of the entitlement, and
6. the commencement and end of the entitlement.
