Transitional provisions on the Act on the Further Implementation of the EU Prospectus Regulation and Amending Financial Markets Acts

(1) Prospectuses approved before 21 July 2019 continue to be subject, until the expiry of their validity, to the Securities Prospectus Act as in force until 20 July 2019.
(2) Securities information sheets whose publication was permitted before 21 July 2019 continue to be subject to the Securities Prospectus Act as in force until 20 July 2019. Applications for permission to publish securities information sheets that were made before 21 July 2019 and had not been decided by the close of 20 July 2019 are treated as applications for permission to publish under section 4 as in force after 21 July 2019.
