Ineffective limitation of liability; other claims

(1) An agreement by which claims under section 9, 10, 11, 14 or 15 are reduced or waived in advance is ineffective.
(2) Further-reaching claims that may be brought under the provisions of civil law on the basis of contract or tort remain unaffected.
