Notifications to the central European access point

The information under Article 21a(1), first subparagraph of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 must be notified to the Bundesanstalt, having regard to the requirements of Article 21a(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, exclusively electronically via the Bundesanstalt's reporting and publication system. Persons subject to the notification duty must set up access to the Bundesanstalt's reporting and publication system for this purpose.
