Electronic submission, retention

(1) The prospectus, including the translation of the summary, and supplements must be transmitted to the Bundesanstalt exclusively electronically via the Bundesanstalt's reporting and publication system. This applies accordingly to the deposit of the final terms of the offer, of universal registration documents including amendments to them, and of documents under Article 1(4)(da)(iii) and (db)(iii) and (5), first subparagraph, point (ba)(iii) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.
(2) The approved prospectus and approved supplements are retained by the Bundesanstalt for ten years. The retention period begins on the expiry of 31 December of the calendar year in which the prospectus was approved. This applies accordingly to the documents named in paragraph 1, second sentence, with the proviso that the retention period begins on the expiry of 31 December of the calendar year in which the document was deposited.
(3) The issuer's notification of the Bundesanstalt under Article 15(4) of Regulation (EU) 2023/2631 must be made exclusively electronically via the Bundesanstalt's reporting and publication system, stating the particulars relating to the issuer concerned and the relevant issue.
