Term of asset investments

Asset investments must provide for a term of at least 24 months from the time of first acquisition and an ordinary notice period of at least six months. For asset investments under section 1(2) nos. 1 and 2, termination is permitted only at the end of a financial year, unless the partnership agreement or the investment conditions provide otherwise.
