Period and form of publication of an asset investment information sheet

(1) The deposited asset investment information sheet must be published on the offeror's website at least one working day before the public offer, and kept available free of charge at the points named in the sales prospectus. The current version of the asset investment information sheet must be made accessible and kept available under the first sentence for the duration of the public offer.
(2) Where drawing up a sales prospectus under section 2a or section 2b is not required, the asset investment information sheet must be made accessible, in accordance with the requirements of subsection (1), on the website of the internet service platform and of the offeror, without access restrictions, to anyone.
(3) BaFin publishes on its website, for the case that drawing up a sales prospectus under section 2a or section 2b is not required, the asset investment information sheets permitted under section 13. These remain publicly accessible on the website for ten years. BaFin also publishes on its website the updated versions of asset investment information sheets transmitted under section 13(7), second sentence; the second sentence applies accordingly.
