Infringements by social security institutions

In the case of infringements of a provision named in section 65(1) to (4) committed by social security institutions, the second to fourth sentences apply. In the case of an infringement named in the first sentence by social security institutions under federal sponsorship, the BSI reaches agreement on the measures to be taken with the supervisory authority competent for the social security institution. In the case of an infringement named in the first sentence by social security institutions under Land sponsorship, the BSI informs the competent supervisory authority and proposes suitable measures. The respective competent supervisory authority informs the BSI of the initiation and implementation of supervisory measures and ensures their enforcement.
