Restrictions on the rights of the data subject

In addition to the exceptions contained in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the following restrictions apply to the rights of the data subject as against the BSI. Insofar as this Act contains no restrictions, or lesser restrictions, of the rights of the data subject, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act apply additionally to the restrictions in other respects.
