(1) The management board is to file an application for entry in the Commercial Register of the fact that the reduction of the capital stock has been implemented.
(2) The application for registration of the implementation of the reduction of the capital stock and the entry of this fact in the register may be tied to the application for registration of the resolution adopted as to the reduction and its entry in the register.
