Signature on share certificates

It suffices for shares of stock and temporary share certificates to be signed by a reproduced signature. The validity of the signature may be made dependent on the observance of a particular form. The requirement as to form must be set out in the certificate. In the case of electronic shares of stock, no signature is affixed.
