(1) Sections 229 to 231 are to be applied accordingly to the preparations for the meeting of shareholders, or for the general meeting, that is to adopt a resolution on change of legal form. Section 192 (2) remains unaffected.
(2) Section 239 (1) sentence 1 is to be applied accordingly to the meeting of shareholders, or the general meeting, that is to adopt a resolution on change of legal form, with section 239 (1) sentence 2 and subsection (2) also to be applied accordingly to the general meeting.
