Section 5 of the Network Enforcement Act (Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz) applies accordingly to the obligation incumbent on a service provider for which no other Member State is or is deemed the home state under section 2 of the Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz), namely to appoint a person authorised to receive service in the Federal Republic of Germany.
