Notifications to the Auditor Oversight Body

(1) The Federal Office of Justice transmits to the Auditor Oversight Body at the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control all decisions imposing a fine under section 20(2a) to (2c).
(2) In criminal proceedings concerning an offence under sections 18, 19 or 19a, the public prosecutor's office transmits to the Auditor Oversight Body, where public charges have been brought, the decision concluding the proceedings. Where an appeal has been lodged against the decision, the decision must be transmitted with an indication of the appeal lodged.
