Liability of business owners

If the infringer is an employee or representative of a business, the trade secret holder also has claims against the owner of the business under sections 6 to 8. This only applies to the claim under section 8 (2) if the owner of the business, intentionally or due to gross negligence, did not provide the information at all or in time or provided it incorrectly or incompletely.
