In order to effectively monitor wholesale market integrity and transparency, ACER, in close cooperation with the regulatory authorities and other national authorities, shall:
(a)
monitor wholesale markets, collect and share data and establish a European register of market participants in accordance with Articles 7 to 12 of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011;
(b)
issue recommendations to the Commission in accordance with Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011;
(c)
coordinate investigations pursuant to Article 16(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011.
