Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 is amended as follows:

In Article 2(1) the following point is added:
‘(h)
the definition of “engineered nanomaterials” as established by point (f) of Article 3(2) of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1).

Point (t) of Article 2(2) is deleted.
References to the deleted point (t) of Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 shall be construed as references to point (f) of Article 3(2) of this Regulation.

In Article 18, paragraph 5 is deleted.
