Repeal

The following shall be repealed as from 28 December 2005:

(a) Article 8(1) and the Annex to Directive 75/439/EEC;

(b) Directive 89/369/EEC;

(c) Directive 89/429/EEC;

(d) Directive 94/67/EC.
