(1) A decision on the action is taken by judgment. An interlocutory judgment may be issued on the admissibility of the action.
(2) The judgment is also to include a decision on the costs of the proceedings. The provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure in respect of legal costs apply accordingly, unless equity requires that another decision be taken; the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning the procedure for the assessment of costs and compulsory enforcement based on orders assessing the costs apply accordingly. Section 99 (2) remains unaffected.
