Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 8(3), point (a), Article 11, Article 13(1), (2) and (3), Article 14 and Article 15(1) and (2) shall apply from 13 December 2031.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
