Chapter V · FINAL PROVISIONS › Article 38

Entry into Force and date of application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 March 2022.

However, with the exception of Article 30, Chapter IV shall apply from 2 February 2023.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
