In point (2) of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, the following point is added:
‘(viii)
with regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1) and Directive (EU) 2019/2034of the European Parliament and of the Council (*2), competent authorities as defined in point (5) of Article 3(1) of that Directive.
