In Regulation (EC) No 713/2009, paragraph 1 of Article 22 is replaced by the following:
'1. Fees shall be due to the Agency for requesting an exemption decision pursuant to Article 9(1) and for decisions on cross border cost allocation provided by the Agency pursuant to Article 12 of Regulation (EU) No 347/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure (*1).
